HERB JEFFERSON JR.

Veteran actor Herbert Jefferson, Jr. is known to many as Lt.  Boomer from Battlestar Galactica.  But you've seen him in many more roles than that of Galactica's erstwhile Cylon hunter.

 

Mr. Jefferson was a series co-star in Rich Man, Poor Man with Nick Nolte; the Revolutionary War drama The Bastard; Yellow Rose with Sam Elliot and Cybill Shephard; and The Devlin Connection with Rock Hudson.

 

Constantly in demand in the field of television, Herbert has guest-starred in over 100 episodes of series TV, including: ER; Sister, Sister; Hill Street Blues; Airwolf; T.J. Hooker; The Dukes of Hazzard; and Mission Impossible.  He also played the recurring role of Police Chief Price on the NBC daytime drama Sunset Beach.
